8. Delivery & Returns

 

8.1. Delivery- Shipping Policy 

DELIVERY TIME:

Orders should arrive within 2-10 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination. Cristiano Marcheli is NOT responsible for any delays of your package during delivery,

By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM:

Cristiano Marcheli will provide upon request the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company if needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

Delivery within Greece - is *free of charge for all orders above 150€ , all domestic orders ( below 150€ ) have a 4€ shipping cost and take approximately 3 to 5 working days to arrive.

Delivery within Attica takes 1-2 working days, while for the rest of Greece 2-3 working days.

International Delivery – All orders shipped outside of Greece take 2 to 10 working days to arrive with a flat fee of 7€ per order.

 

8.2. CANCELLATION RIGHT – COOLING OFF PERIOD

 

If you are a GR/EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your entire order within 14 days following the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

Cristiano Marcheli reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying the order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the purchased items will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items undergo meticulous quality control and are being accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for the order transaction. You will be asked to provide your refund payment details. Please note that the refunded amount will be reduced by the total shipping delivery and return cost. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
