Returns Policy – Cristiano Marcheli

Cristiano Marcheli reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online or in the Return Instructions provided with your order. Unauthorized or non-standard returns will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

 

Returns Criteria

To request a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7-10 working days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exceptions: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless faulty.
  • Sale Items: Sale items may be subject to specific return conditions (refer to the product page for details).
  • Change of Mind Returns:
    If you return an item because you have changed your mind, the refund will exclude the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any processing fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


    Please Note:

    Items purchased through our official Cristiano Marcheli eShop may only be returned via our online return process and cannot be exchanged or returned at any of our retail partners or physical stores.


 

How to Return

  1. Request a Return:
    Contact our customer service team at [email/contact info] within the 7-10 working day window to initiate your return. Download and fill out the return form, quoting your order number from the original order confirmation email and specifying the items you wish to return.
  2. Confirmation Email:
    You will receive an email confirming your return request, along with instructions and details about the refund process.
  3. Prepare Your Package:
    • Include the items you wish to return, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Ensure all items and their packaging are in unused condition.
  4. Courier Pick-Up:
    • We will arrange a courier pick-up and provide you with an airway bill number.
    • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the returns confirmation email.
  5. Shipping:
    • Use the provided return label or arrange your own shipping at your cost (unless the item is faulty).
    • Ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
  6. Return Confirmation:
    Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will confirm receipt and proceed with the refund process.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days after the returned items are inspected and approved.
  • Please note:
    • Refunds will exclude the original shipping delivery and return costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
    • Refunds may vary in processing time depending on your bank or credit card company.
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on change of mind returns, including returns of the original item and any exchanged items.

  • You will be asked to provide refund payment details as needed.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

 

Undeliverable Orders and Customer Obligations

The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for promptly responding to all communications from the shipping carrier, including any requests for payment of customs duties, taxes, or other fees required for delivery.

Failure to respond, resulting in delayed delivery, refusal, or return of the shipment, shall render the order non-refundable. All shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
